Snow Day

We got a real snow last night. I went downtown this morning to get some coffee and take some pictures. The City crews were busy shoveling everything in site and I got yelled at a couple times to get off the snow drifts. And I only had to pay $6 to park!

Notice my hub caps have been stolen!

The Bean in Winter

It was beautiful and sunny but I was frozen after walking around Millennium Park.

Beautiful skyline.

Can you see the cardinals? There's a male and female. I guess I needed a longer lens.

Hey hey hey! Nice tricked out 'ride'!

Beautiful photos - but mom says 'if you're freezing then you need to put some clothes on!' (isn't that just like her?) Mom is never going to forget your 'streaking' days. ha ha

Nice to see you have a blog - now just keep updating it - daily. We'll be watching!

Did you notice if you double click on the photos in the blog they show up in a new window super-sized?

Nice pics - we look about the same in Boulder these days (ie buried in snow). I'd love to see some close-ups of cardinals! I'll send you some pictures of a Cooper's Hawk from our tree a few weeks ago...
